Terms & Conditions

By enrolling into Jagers Dance School, I confirm that I accept the following terms and conditions.

All students are required to pay a £11.00 annual club fee.

Fees are payable monthly in advance. If you or your child turns up to class without the fee having been paid, and unless you have a prior written agreement with Jagers Dance as regards fee payment, they will not be allowed to participate. A reminder for fees not paid will incur a £5 administration charge.

Fees are based on a 45 week year.

30 days written notice to the Principal is required for any pupil wishing to discontinue any class or leave the school. If the required notice is not received, the full payment of the pupil’s fees for the following month will be due.

Should any pupil wish to discontinue any class or leave the school, refunds for any unused classes will not be given.

Bookings for private lessons must be paid at the beginning of the lesson. Refunds will not be given for cancellations within 48hours of the lesson start time.

All students must be booked for the classes they attend.
